Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pca/Clerical Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a Pca/Clerical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our Inpatient Surgery Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient care, including vital sign monitoring and recording measurements in patients' charts.
  • Provide Ambulatory Support to patients, assisting with walking, showers, and other prescribed therapies.
  • Perform clerical duties, including welcoming patients and visitors, coordinating appointment scheduling, and maintaining patient records and files.
  • Handle phone calls to and from the unit, facilitating patient transfers, and managing office and medical supplies.
Requirements:
  • High School or equivalency certificate required.
  • BLS or CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • Minimum 1 year of Nursing Assistant, Clerical Coordinator, or Unit Secretary experience in an Acute Inpatient setting preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred but not required.
Benefits:

Full-Time position with 32-hour schedule, Evening Shift (3pm to 11:30pm). Rotating weekends and holidays required.
