ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead our UMTRCA Title II Site Lead team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Legacy Management (LM) long-term maintenance and surveillance mission for assigned UMTRCA Title II sites.
Key Responsibilities- Support the subtask through performance of site inspections, budget planning, and cost proposal development.
- Develop and maintain inspection reports, and coordinate site monitoring and maintenance activities.
- Apply ISMS/IWCP principles in the planning and execution of work.
- Coordinate effectively with functional support organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in physical science, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in environmental project management.
- Demonstrated experience in the principles, concepts, and techniques required to develop, coordinate, and manage environmental projects and programs.
- Ability to interact effectively with LM client point of contacts, SMEs, and Program and Executive leadership.
- Experience with environmental investigation and data collection field methods.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations desired.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage a broad range of strategic requirements and to develop and execute plans to satisfy them.
- Experience working with multiple governmental agencies, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Experience developing and presenting information on technically complex subjects to a variety of internal and external audiences.
The successful candidate will be required to travel 10% of the time. The position requires the ability to perform moderate hiking in rocky terrain under a variety of weather conditions.
