About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hospital facilities, performing minor building and equipment repairs, and completing other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure assigned areas are clean, neat, and orderly.
  • Perform minor building and equipment repair work.
  • Complete other assigned tasks.
  • Sweep, mop, oil, and wax floors.
  • Vacuum rugs and carpets.
  • Clean, dust, and polish furniture.
  • Empty waste receptacles.
  • Clean hallways, restrooms, and light fixtures.
  • Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, cleaning materials, janitorial tools, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of routine building and grounds maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and online ordering platforms.
  • Ability to operate, care, and maintain tools and equipment used in janitorial work.
  • Ability to complete minor facility repairs.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to use and operate a computer.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • 5/8 schedule.
  • Morning shift.
  • Flexible availability needed for scheduling Sunday through Saturday.
