About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Anticoagulation Specialist to join our team at Confluence Health. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive anticoagulation services to patients throughout North Central Washington.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education on anticoagulation management
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and guidelines
