We are seeking a skilled Anticoagulation Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting, providing comprehensive anticoagulation services to patients in North Central Washington. As an Anticoagulation Center of Excellence, we offer a range of services, including warfarin, DOACs, injectables, and peri-procedural management.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
• Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider (CACP) certification within 2 years.
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State.
• Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families.
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.
