Job Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
* Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and aligned with the business strategy
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Agile teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication
* Participate in Planning Interval (PI) Planning sessions, helping to define and prioritize features and user stories
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SAFe implementation

Requirements:

* US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical project experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
* Strong understanding of SAFe principles and Lean-Agile practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven expertise in deliverable tracking in an Agile environment
* Experience with Agile tools (for example JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Desired Skills:

* Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services offerings
* Experience with DHS Programs and the DHS Systems Engineering Lifecycle
* SAFe Agile Experience and/or Certification
* Knowledge of cyber frameworks, tools, and technologies
