Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Director to lead our revenue growth efforts. As a key member of our Growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Lead a team of account executives to define and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Finance, to uncover new opportunities for growth and execute contract and negotiation processes
  • Design and implement sales compensation structures that align with corporate financial targets
  • Foster executive-level relationships with customers and partners to influence requirements for new, upgraded, or expanded products and services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of experience in related, progressive roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
