About the Role:
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled Supervising Community Manager to lead our 478-unit community of Woodburn Place Apartments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day property management, including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, preparing agreements, and supervising/training all property employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Manage property integrity, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Screen prospective residents, conduct tours, and process applications.
- Collect rents, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Serve notices, prepare agreements, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and train property employees, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- Develop and implement reports, dashboards, and other tools to measure property performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
- Two (2) years of previous property management experience.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience.
- Previous experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
- Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and work independently.
- Available for after-hours emergencies.
- Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
