YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS:
The Healthcare Client Support Specialist (CCS2) role combines responsibilities of both the Wellness Tester and Medical Assistant.

This position will provide essential support across both the Wellness program and the Healthcare Center, integrating the two departments into a cohesive team to deliver a seamless experience for our current and prospective patients and clients.

This is a pivotal role in our innovative model of Healthcare, Testing, and Treatment combined. The CCS2 will improve the client experience by ensuring continuity of care through cross-functional capabilities.


The Healthcare Client Support Specialist (CCS2) will also enhance the experience of other Healthcare Center staff members by offering assistance when necessary and fostering a collaborative approach rather than an isolated one.

Moreover, providing constructive feedback to management regarding service enhancements will empower team members to increase their contributions.


The Healthcare Client Support Specialist (CCS2) consistently adds value to the Healthcare Center Team by adapting to diverse situations with agility and demonstrating flexibility.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate
