About the Role

This full-time position is based in our San Antonio office, where you'll work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. You'll be required to have occasional overtime flexibility based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Operate data entry devices to perform various data entry duties across functions, including Claims and Network Operations.
  • Work with moderate work experience within your function, with supervision and guidance required for higher-level tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve health outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience or working with database management, data entry, or data management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic phone, filing, and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
