- New Quality Assurance Programs: Contribute to the creation, planning, and execution of new quality assurance programs, ensuring that they are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Efficient Monitoring Solutions: Proactively drive the development of efficient and data-based monitoring solutions, ensuring that they are effective in identifying potential compliance risks.
- Compliance Program Development: Collaborate with the compliance team on the further development of the compliance program, ensuring that it is comprehensive and effective.
- Compliance Advice: Advise the business on enhancement of compliance procedures as required, ensuring that they are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in a role within a second-line compliance function and/or internal/external audit function.
- Industry Knowledge: Well-established knowledge of the finance and/or payment industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draft and monitor relevant policies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise and connect with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and merchants from varying disciplines and cultures.
