The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our sales engineering and customer experience teams to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through self-sourced efforts and collaboration with our BDR and marketing teams
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to support and grow your designated territory
  • Develop and execute a value-based sales approach to ensure that our product meets the needs and challenges of our customers
  • Build and maintain a list of target accounts and contacts within a defined territory using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
  • Gain expert knowledge and proficiency in our product and the manufacturing industry
  • Lead customer-facing demonstrations and presentations
  • Partner with our sales engineering and customer experience teams to drive positive business outcomes for our customers
  • Manage all sales and prospecting activities using Salesforce and Outreach
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of field sales experience (combination of inside/outside sales preferred)
  • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to present at C-Level and manage multiple stakeholder sale cycles
  • Effective communication skills to foster quick and successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel required: 25% a month (in-person meetings and trade shows/events)
