We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join our team at Complete Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee the work of all office employees, ensuring they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and counseling to employees who are struggling in their roles.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to relevant staff members.
- Financial Management: Create and manage the office budget, ensuring all employees adhere to it.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitor office supplies and order new materials as needed.
- Recruitment and Training: Interview and train new office employees, and coordinate their employment paperwork.
- Facilities Management: Arrange for maintenance services to keep the office clean and safe.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates to senior management on office progress and suggest improvements to office operations and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $28-$30 per hour.
