DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Deal Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our sales and accounting team, you will be responsible for processing retail deals, warranty, gap, and aftermarket products, and providing daily deal reports to department heads.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all retail deals and customer trade payoffs/titles
  • Process warranty, gap, and aftermarket products
  • Prepare daily deal reports for department heads
  • Perform other accounting functions as required

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive field preferred
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Computer literate to include working with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience working with office equipment such as copier, mail machine, and adding machine
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
