Job Opportunity at DARCARS Automotive Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Deal Clerk to join our team at DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich.

About the Role:

  • Process all retail deals, including warranty, gap, and aftermarket products
  • Prepare daily deal reports for department heads
  • Manage customer trade payoffs and titles
  • Perform other accounting functions as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive field, preferably with Reynolds & Reynolds software
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work with office equipment, such as copiers and mail machines
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
