• Collaborate with the store team and Regional Manager to achieve business objectives and growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest optometric theory, technology, and best practices.
• Conduct regular training and guidance sessions for team members.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Commitment to quality patient care and continuous learning.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
