Optometrist Leader

The Associate Optometrist is a key leader in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. This role requires a strong commitment to quality patient care, knowledge of current optometric theory and technology, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Deliver high-quality optometric care to patients, ensuring accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and store team to achieve business results and exceed patient expectations.
• Develop and maintain a positive doctor-patient relationship, utilizing technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Provide effective training and guidance to team members, leveraging company-provided programs.
• Lead by example, maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a positive culture.

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
