Job Summary

The Associate Optometrist is a key leader in our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. As a leader, you will collaborate with the Store Manager and store team to ensure executional excellence and winning results.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all patients receive the highest quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols and maximizing results.
* Partner with the Store Manager and store team to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators.
* Serve as a leading ambassador of the brand, delivering exceptional patient service and exceeding expectations on all KPIs.

Requirements

* Doctor of Optometry degree
* Commitment to quality patient care
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead by example and maintain a safe working environment
