Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Assembler Housing to join our team in Batavia, OH. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity that offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiently use basic hand and air tools, including drills, grinders, cutting wheels, wrenches, and clamps.
  • Demonstrate the ability to accurately read and interpret a tape measure.
  • Ability to tack and stitch weld using GMAW/MIG welding methods.
  • Required to follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver metal components weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
Requirements
  • The minimum age requirement is 18 years.
  • Attended a trade school and completed a program in welding or construction.
  • 1+ year of on-the-job experience in a related field or industry (metal fabrication, construction, welding, etc.).
  • Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Stand and/or walk most shifts, plus ability to bend, squat, lift (up to fifty pounds), push, pull, reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Demonstrated exemplary attendance and work habits.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Pass background check and drug test.
