About the Role:

T&M Associates Inc is seeking a skilled Geospatial Technology Specialist to join our Applied Technology Practice. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. The primary focus of this role will be on various geospatial technology projects within the Applied Technology practice, as well as supporting projects across the engineering market sectors. Key responsibilities may include data collection, development and conversion, application/solution development, GIS enterprise system implementations and maintenance, data visualization, asset management, Esri solution implementations, Indoor Mapping, and other related technologies, tools and software.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Planning, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the geospatial technology field supporting projects from concept through implementation.
  • Experience with the following software/technical solutions required:
    • Esri technology stack - desktop, server, cloud-based technologies, solutions and software extensions
    • Esri Solutions including ArcGIS Indoors and Utility Network
    • ArcGIS Pro desktop software - collecting, editing, analyzing, and maintaining data, including streamlining QA/QC processes.
    • Converting/translating data in various formats into GIS based formats.
    • ArcGIS Online and Portal for ArcGIS - Creating web/mobile applications, dashboards, and other visuals
    • ArcGIS Enterprise is a plus.
    • CAD to GIS conversions
    • Scripting and automation experience with Python 3.0 or higher, Arcade, ESRI and third-party API's, JavaScript, SQL.
    • Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Azure.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical details and information to both technical and non-technical staff.
