Job Title: Controlled Environment Technician I

Job Summary:

Medical Technology Associates LLC is seeking a skilled Controlled Environment Technician I to join our team. As a Controlled Environment Technician I, you will be responsible for conducting environment and equipment operational performance evaluations at customer sites. This role requires strong technical, mechanical, and electrical skills, as well as excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites to conduct environment and equipment operational performance evaluations
  • Maintain training skills and use of various types of analytical test instrumentation
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in field testing situations
  • Services are performed within NEBB, IEST, ISO 14644, CETA and NSF 49 Procedural Standards and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • High School or Trade School Graduate
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience
  • Basic math skills including knowledge of geometry and algebra
  • Valid driver's license and clean DMV driving record
  • Ability to pass drug and background check
  • Technical, mechanical and electrical experience in an industrial and commercial environment is essential
  • Be an honest, reliable and hardworking individual who can work in a team or independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
