Account Executive Associate

At Curaleaf, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Executive to join our Wholesale Team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with dispensary staff, educating them on our products, and promoting our brands and products to existing and potential licensed dispensary customers within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Build rapport with dispensary influencers to drive business at all levels, customer sizes, and types
- Educate store employees on products, services, features, pricing, and upcoming events
- Position and merchandise our products in a visually appealing manner
- Work closely with Account Executives and State Leads to gather field intel and conduct store audits
- Collect store audits and activation data, and submit recaps to the sales team
- Schedule and set up in-store and community appointments and activations
- Attend events and trade shows
- An energetic, outgoing, friendly, and personable individual who can connect with customers quickly
- Able to travel 100% of the time
- A team player with reliability, passion, and dedication
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Tech savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office, computers, spreadsheets, and mobile devices
- Open availability and flexibility to work late afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or territory manager
- Previous cannabis industry experience
