Dickie Brennan & Company, a renowned restaurant group, is seeking a skilled Catering Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet each guest with a genuine smile and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of bar products, mixers, and specialty cocktails.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of beer, wine, spirits, and standard drink recipes.
  • Prepare all beverages and cocktails efficiently, correctly, and uniformly.
  • Maintain a strong professional presence, promptly arriving to work as scheduled, and adhere to all uniform standards.
  • Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for service of alcohol and practice responsible service of alcohol in accordance with Louisiana Responsible Vendor and company regulations.
Requirements:
  • Must be L.R.V certified or commit to obtaining the Louisiana Responsible Vendor certification within 45 days of hire date.
  • Standing, walking for extended periods, and occasional lifting up to 80 pounds.
  • Constant adequate range of motion and mobility required.
  • Manual dexterity is essential to use culinary and bartending tools adeptly.
  • Able to converse, read, and write in English with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year bar experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
