KGH Autism Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As an experienced BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced ABA treatment programs for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Job Description
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Expertise: Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment plans for clients with ASD, ensuring optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.
  • Clinical Expertise: Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments, analyze client progress, and refine treatment protocols to ensure continued success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing (or within 6 months of obtaining for new BCBAs).
  • Supervisory Experience: Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion).
