KGH Autism Services is seeking a dedicated Autism Support Specialist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children on the autism spectrum.

**Job Overview**
KGH Autism Services provides innovative and evidence-based ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and their families. Our experienced team of professionals is committed to delivering high-quality care and support. We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Autism Support Specialist to work with us in Madison, WI.

**Estimated Salary:** $20-$25 per hour dependent on experience and education, plus a $1.50 increase in pay after 90 days with completed RBT certification. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with a background in early childhood education, childcare/preschool, paraprofessional, mental health, or psychology. No experience is required as we provide paid training and a supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings such as home, school, center, or community
- Teach individuals with autism to communicate effectively, develop social skills, and function independently
- Collect data to demonstrate client progress toward reaching goals
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clients' families, and other technicians at clinical team meetings

**Requirements**
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Meet physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50lbs and accessing non-barrier-free premises
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field, Certificate in First Aid and CPR Training, and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
