Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of services in the GI/Endoscopy clinic, ensuring quality and safety of care and smooth patient flow.
- Collaborate with leadership and other business functions to enhance clinical care models and operational flow.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, and train staff on them, in conjunction with the ASC Educator.
- Communicate and enforce compliance with policy and procedures, maintaining current knowledge of technological developments in instrumentation and equipment.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and productive work environment, and responding openly and appropriately to feedback from supervisors.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in the GI/Endoscopy clinic or a related area.
- Operating Room (OR): Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
- Endo/GI Lab: CGRN (Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse) certification.
- Demonstrated advanced level of achievement of performance standards according to AORN or ASPAN standards of practice.
