Customer Service Representative Second Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Second Shift at Planet Fitness - Duo Fit, LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our club.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking IDs and member barcodes, and processing new member sign-ups.
- Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, including restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment.
- Monitor the club for safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Diplomacy and effective communication skills.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person with members and answering incoming membership calls.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Will dilute and clean with chemicals during shift.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and often used surfaces in the club.
- Monitor club and assist members throughout entirety of shift.
