Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly and be proficient in small hand tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production assembly operations for various subassemblies and box builds
  • Build complex systems requiring attention to detail and precision
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related experience in electro-mechanical assembly
  • Proficiency with small hand tools, including soldering equipment
  • Ability to read and understand schematics
Preferred Skills
  • Soldering experience with a focus on high-quality workmanship
Compensation and Benefits

$20-$23 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Additional benefits include paid leave, holiday pay, and commuter benefits.
