**Job Responsibilities:**
* Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
* Serve as a proctor for examinations and uphold online test-taking rules and regulations
* Prepare laboratory environments for instruction by assembling necessary resources
* Assist instructors, answer questions, and direct students to resources
* Disassemble and store equipment; operate audio-visual equipment
* Notify the EMS Program Director or Clinical Coordinator of equipment repair, maintenance, and replacement needs
* Coordinate with other campus departments to troubleshoot problems
* Manage the EMS labs in compliance with College safety policies
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience of at least two (2) years in a prehospital agency or similar environment
* Valid licensure as a Paramedic in Illinois
* Ability to pass a criminal background check with fingerprinting
* Verbal and mathematical abilities sufficient to organize the efficient use of the laboratory, operation of computers and software, and effective communication
* Ability to learn the computer laboratory resources and new programs and equipment as technology changes
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
* Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds with no assistance
