Job Summary

The Young Adult Services Financial Coordinator is a key member of the Advanced Behavioral Health team, responsible for providing financial services and support to young adults aged 18-25. This role involves processing and monitoring fund requests, generating reports, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and monitor fund requests, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fund requests and disbursements.
  • Provide superior customer service to young adults, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the YAS clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and client information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a social service field or related field.
  • Experience working with behavioral health consumers and financial services.
  • Basic/intermediate accounting and budgeting experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to teach basic budgeting skills to young adults.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
