Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Agents to be part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, generate sales leads, and convert inquiries into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries to understand their needs and effectively promote our offerings.
  • Performance Goals: Consistently meet or surpass daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service, addressing their requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their advantages and benefits to potential customers.
  • Follow-Up Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on leads to ensure timely communication and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, contribute to a positive work environment, and achieve collective objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a sales-oriented call center or similar sales environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for persuading and influencing clients.
  • Sales Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Self-Motivation: Driven and goal-focused, with a passion for sales and high performance.
  • Resilience: Capable of handling rejection and maintaining motivation in a fast-paced setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional sales training or certifications are beneficial.
