Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ICONMA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced nursing care to patients, including evaluations, assessments, and interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct patient education and counseling to promote healthy behaviors and disease management.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in California.
  • National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in area of specialty.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in coding and documentation.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in the care and management of patients with complex needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
