Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Ovation Practice at St. Elizabeth Physicians. As an extender of our physicians, you will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver comprehensive services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care, focusing on health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress.
  • Embrace a care-based model emphasizing holistic, coordinated, and preventive healthcare.
  • Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in nursing
  • Current NP license in the state of Kentucky
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for patient-centered care and community health
