One Community Bank is seeking a highly skilled BSA Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our risk management frameworks are robust and effective.
As a BSA Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our AVP-BSA/AML/OFAC Officer, EVP & Chief Risk Officer, and VP-Compliance to identify risks and controls, conduct internal monitoring reviews, and develop essential programs and policies.
You will also be responsible for preparing documentation for independent audits, assisting with BSA and AML activities, and conducting SAR investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BSA/AML programs and policies
- Conduct internal monitoring reviews and risk assessments
- Prepare documentation for independent audits
- Assist with BSA and AML activities, including monitoring, reporting, and training
- Conduct SAR investigations
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of banking experience
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory laws and policies
- Commitment to confidentiality and trust
- Familiarity with compliance-related software and tools
