Job Overview

DT Professional Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Junior Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management on various legal matters, including contract review, litigation support, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues
  • Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and advice
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless case management
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management
Requirements
  • JD degree from an accredited law school
  • Must have passed the bar exam
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice law in the United States
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

The compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
