Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Senior Admin Associate to join our team at UPS. As a key member of our Healthcare team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process healthcare products into our warehouse facility, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
  • Utilize various pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform daily tasks with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision, using defined job processes and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in warehouse operations and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work at heights of up to 28 feet using powered equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
