Lead Housekeeper Job Description: Cleanliness Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleanliness Assurance Lead to join our SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tifton team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, focusing on maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, adhering to Marriott's stringent quality control measures.

About the Role:
In this critical role, you will conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards. You will also manage inventory and order supplies as needed, collaborate with the front office team to address any concerns or issues arising from room inspections, and provide feedback to our housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high expectations.

Compensation:$13 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to ensure compliance with Marriott cleanliness standards
