Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Housekeeping Director to lead our housekeeping team at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tifton. As a Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transport clean linen to the housekeeping storage rooms and replenish linen supplies on each floor.
  • Check all allocated floors at the start of each shift and during the day to collect garbage, soiled linen, and other items as directed by management.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house areas meet Marriott standards of cleanliness and service.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
