Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Paris Baguette. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including production planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement recipes, menus, and production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure quality standards.
  • Train and mentor staff on baking techniques, sanitation procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our bakery operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a bakery or food production environment, with a strong background in baking, pastry-making, and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in baking, pastry arts, or a related field preferred.
