Key Responsibilities
  • Sell used automotive parts from recycled vehicles to customers
  • Provide price quotes to customers and negotiate sales
  • Manage inbound and outbound call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales through the sale of add-on items
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of sales/customer service experience with a proven track record
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Ability to quickly and accurately handle a variety of tasks
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
