Job SummaryWe're seeking a Per Diem Primary Care Physician to join our team in San Francisco. As a Per Diem Primary Care Physician, you'll see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll also treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Requirements- Enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- State licensed in California
- Malpractice Insurance
- UpToDate Subscription
- One Medical Issued laptop
- Sick Time PTO eligible
The hourly rate for this role is $ [insert rate]. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
