Our seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns have been delighting people for years.
Job SummaryWe're seeking a Per Diem Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Per Diem Primary Care Physician, you'll see patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll also treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
Responsibilities- See patients with a broad array of needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- State licensed in California
- Malpractice Insurance
- UpToDate Subscription
- One Medical Issued laptop
- Sick Time PTO eligible
This is an hourly role with openings in San Jose, CA. We're committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role is $ [insert rate]. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
