Primary Care Physician Assistant Opportunity in New York

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Clifton Park, NY. As a member of our primary care practice, you will provide high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages, from routine check-ups to chronic condition management.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine exams, vaccinations, and health screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, as well as manage complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- NYS license and DEA registration
- At least 2 years of experience as an advanced practitioner
- Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000
- Starting bonus
