The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the operational strategy for our Cardiology practices, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the front office, including phone management, scheduling, and collaboration with various support departments.
  • Work closely with the Operations/Office Manager to maintain optimal staffing levels across all locations.
  • Champion the patient experience by fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency within the Cardiology Practices.
  • Monitor patient volume to meet established goals and budgets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with procedural areas, inpatient units, and emergency services.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure effective clinic operations.
  • Provide backup support in both front and back office roles as necessary.
  • Research and resolve operational issues to enhance service delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, providers, and partners.
  • Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling and time-off requests for team members.
  • Participate in the financial management of the clinic, including budget input and expense control.
  • Ensure compliance with health system policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of five years in a leadership role within patient care services.


Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in healthcare operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team are essential for success in this role.
