Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, and provide water and supplements as needed.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, and provide psychosocial support to residents.
  • Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking, using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment.
  • Document resident cares and behaviors according to Society policy and procedure.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the state.
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend, and perform assigned tasks and meet requirements for in-services, training, and meeting attendance.
  • Ability to use the electronic medical record for documentation.
