Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role is to organize and manage annual on-site visits for health assessments, including audiometric, pulmonary function, fit testing, and vision evaluations, in collaboration with the Scheduling Manager.

This position is ideal for meticulous individuals who thrive in a dynamic team setting.

Regular interaction with clients is a key aspect of this role, making strong customer service skills essential. The position reports directly to the Director of Logistics and Fleet Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze details from previous appointments.
  • Assess the preliminary plan for the upcoming visit and address any identified issues with the Scheduling Manager before client contact.
  • Engage with clients to propose optimal scheduling dates, ensuring compliance with operational regulations.
  • Adjust service dates as necessary, with the Scheduling Manager's approval.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Health Conservation, Inc. and Mobile Van Technicians.
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Quality Assurance Manager to address any challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and achieve objectives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in proofreading and correcting errors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent in computer applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exceptional customer relations skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
