Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Infrastructure Management to oversee the operations and strategic direction of our facilities division across Westchester and New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing Operations: Manage the delivery of facility-related services in our shelter programs, community-based programs, offices, and owned and managed residential buildings.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management of staff in the division, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and manage a list of qualified vendors, overseeing their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Contracting and Compliance: Oversee bidding and contracting processes, including drafting RFPs and contracts for maintenance and capital projects.
  • Audit Support: Direct the team in preparation for and during audits and inspections.
  • Talent Development: Foster relationships with training agencies to support recruitment and staff development needs.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the AVP to develop and implement strategic initiatives enhancing facilities functions agency-wide.
  • Community Engagement: Establish relationships with local social service agencies to ensure compliance with regulations regarding facilities service delivery and purchasing.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, quality standards, and trainings.
Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with more than 8 years of multi-site or regional supervisory experience in facilities management.
  • Strong background in NYC agency codes and local law compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills promoting productivity and teamwork.
  • Ability to think critically, act independently, and make sound management decisions.
  • NYS Driver's License required.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
