About the Opportunity
- A reputable non-profit organization seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to manage grant-related tasks.
Job Summary
- Reconcile grants, including regular billings and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare new budget proposals, monthly budget analysis, and billing reports.
- Monitor expenditure variances and advise program directors on spending within budget.
- Prepare financial statements as required by funding sources or program management.
- Record general ledger entries for salaries, revenue, and bank reconciliation.
- Assist with year-end audit reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in a not-for-profit role with contract billing is preferred.
Location
Midtown Manhattan (hybrid schedule)
Estimated Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 per year
