About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and correspondence.
  • Assist with coordinating sales events, conferences, and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and customer service.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Sales Support
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as customer service and marketing.
    • Assist with generating sales leads and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
    • Provide input on sales forecasting and pipeline management.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales dashboards and analytics tools.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
    • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
