Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained, and that our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Housekeeping Team: Supervise, motivate, and recognize the housekeeping staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Clean Rooms: Inspect and clean multiple rooms each day to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Assist with Laundry Operations: Assist with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, lost & found, and scheduling to ensure that our housekeeping operations run smoothly.
  • Support the Front Desk: Report room status to the front desk and assist with guest requests and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance: Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective, or missing items to ensure that our hotel is well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Previous Housekeeping Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, property management, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
  • Availability: Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
